Ukraine minister found shot dead

Ukraine's Transport Minister Heorhiy Kyrpa has been found dead at his holiday home near the capital Kiev.
The minister is reported to have gunshot wounds and officials said a gun was found near his body.
Mr Kyrpa, 58, appointed in 2002, was a staunch supporter of Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych.

Asian tsunami disaster: country by country

In Indonesia, more than 2,500 people were killed as raging waters dragged villagers from Sumatra out to sea.
The worst affected area was Banda Aceh, the capital of the rebellious Aceh province in the north of the island, where more than 1,400 were killed.
