DELAY INDICTED — Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle has indicted House Majority Leader Tom DeLay in connection with the same campaign finance investigation that Earle has been conducting for a long time. Earle is a notorious Democratic Party hack whom we've written about before.

On The Delay Indictment And Dreier Smear — I heard about the Delay indictment in the car an hour or so ago, but have just gotten home and haven't had time to read much on it. Michelle Malkin has a really good roundup including a post a from ABP that says this will be a rocky ride for Republicans, at least in the short term.
